STUDIO POLICIES

THIS POLICY APPLIES TO ALL SERVICES

Hello beautiful!

 

I want to welcome you to my home based beauty studio and thank you for choosing me. I promise I will do my absolute best in providing the highest standards of product and quality, and serve a friendly professional atmosphere. I am proud that I have accomplished my business from the comfort of my house so I ask you as a guest to respect my home.

1. ALL CLIENTS


All clients (new and existing) must have a valid credit card on file. The card will never be charged unless the client revokes the less than 24 hour notice (this also applies to online confirmation), no show and more than 10 minutes late without any notice.  In these cases, the full cost of the appointment will be charged to the credit card with no prior notice.

2. NEW CLIENTS


NEW CLIENTS please remember when booking an appointment you will be required to pay half non-refundable deposit upon booking. Deposits can be e-transferred to contessabeautystudio@gmail.com or invoice will be emailed to you.  Deposits must be received 24 hours before appointment.  The non-refundable deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service, but will be forfeited if you fail to notify me on the following: No show, not confirming your appointment, more than 10 mins late and cancellation and rescheduling your appointment.

 
3. CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT


A confirmation link will be emailed and text messaged to you (if you checked off Email and SMS under the "appointment reminders by")  48 hours before your appointment.  This 48 hour notification gives you enough time to confirm or cancel or reschedule you appointment without having to pay the full cost.  Please understand that confirming your appointment 48 hours before your appointment will prepare me for your visit.  So please remember to click on the link to confirm !! 

You will receive another (2nd) appointment reminder 26 hours before, so if you haven't had a chance to confirm your appointment this is just another last reminder to do so.  If your appointment isn't confirmed (online) 24 hours before your appointment, I will charge your credit card for the full cost of the appointment with no prior notice.

4. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING


Cancellations or rescheduling of your appointment is permitted up to 24 hours in advance. If your appointment was cancelled or rescheduled or confirmed (online) less than 24 hours, I will charge your credit card for the full cost of the appointment with no prior notice. If you are sick please cancel/reschedule your appointment 24 hours before your appointment to avoid the full cost of the appointment.

5. NO SHOW


A missed appointment without appropriate notice and any prior form of contact or attempt to cancel/reschedule is considered a no show. No shows are not acceptable, however I do understand that sometimes life and mistakes happen.  Full cost of the appointment will be charged to the credit card with no prior notice.  If you wish to reschedule after a no show, a full deposit is required upon re-booking.  The full amount of the deposit will serve as a non-refundable credit towards your re-booked appointment, but will be forfeited in the case of a cancellation or another no show. A second no show will result in the loss of your ability to re-book with me again.

6. LATE ARRIVALS


All appointments will be given a ten minute grace period. If you anticipate a late arrival, please contact us as soon as possible to make sure accommodating your appointment is still possible. If ten minutes passes and no notice is given, then your appointment will be cancelled automatically. If your appointment was cancelled due to a late arrival, full cost of the appointment will be charged to the credit card with no prior notice.

7. METHOD OF PAYMENT

 

  • CASH

  • CREDIT: Convenience fee of 2.75% will be charged 

  • DEBIT: Only accepting Tap at this time and amount less than $100.

8. REFUNDS


No Refunds will be issued on a rendered service or purchased products.

* IF YOUR CREDIT CARD DECLINES AN INVOICE WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU AND WILL HAVE 2 DAYS (48 HOURS) TO PAY FOR THE FULL AMOUNT.

 

9. STUDIO ENTRANCE 

 

Entrance is on the left side of the house, black gate and please knock on the second door. I have animals so reminder to close the black gate behind you. * DO NOT GO TO THE FRONT DOOR * *

10. ARRIVAL

 

Please do not arrive earlier than your scheduled time. If you decide to come early, you will have to wait outside as I may still be with a client. *
